What are you going to do?

As part of our Klanten Contact Centre (KCC) team, you will be the trusted point of contact, the listening caretaker and the problem solver for Van Mossel customers.
You support with questions and give advice where necessary.
You are the link between the end customer and the other departments within Van Mossel.
You strive to find solutions with the aim of ultimate customer satisfaction.
In addition to phone calls, you will also handle incoming chats and e-mails, making your day always varied. Variety is a strong asset in this job!

Wat ga je doen?

Als onderdeel van ons KCC-team (Klanten Contact Centre), ben jij het vertrouwde aanspreekpunt, de luisterende ontzorger en de problem solver van klanten van Van Mossel.
Jij ondersteunt bij vragen en geeft advies waar nodig.
Je bent de schakel tussen de eindklant en de andere afdelingen binnen Van Mossel.
Jij streeft ernaar om oplossingen te zoeken met als doel uiteindelijke klantentevredenheid.
Naast telefoneren, behandel je ook inkomende chats en e-mails, waardoor je dag er steeds gevarieerd uitziet. Afwisseling is een sterke troef in deze job!
