Founded in 2004 in Bruges, Belgium, Cloud Nine bv has been committed to creating exceptional customer journeys, delivering quality, and operating efficiently.

- Launch of C9 Foundation: we pledge 1% to change lives
- Prolongation of the structural support of the Speechless Reconciliation project
- Analysis of the Customer Journey (phase 1) at Cardoen Belgium

- Launch of our sister brand Progredi
- Start of partnership with Van Mossel Group (Belgium), incl. start-up of KCC services for the Jaguar Land Rover and Huyndai brands
