Our history

Since Cloud Nine bv was founded in 2004 in Bruges, Belgium, we have been dedicated to create exceptional customer journeys. We understand how to deliver quality, serve customers and operate effectively & efficiently.

  • Launch of C9 Foundation: we pledge 1% to change lives
  • Prolongation of the structural support of the Speechless Reconciliation project
  • Analysis of the Customer Journey (phase 1) at Cardoen Belgium

  • Launch of our sister brand Progredi
  • Start of partnership with Van Mossel Group (Belgium), incl. start-up of KCC services for the Jaguar Land Rover and Huyndai brands
  • Design, implementation & analysis of our first Mobility Survey in Flanders
  • Support for commercial introduction of Lotus Cars in various European countries (partnership with HSN)
