Hybrid: Training+Coaching: conducting internal audits according to ISO 19011

Performing internal audits can be a requirement of several management systems and/or expected by the organisation itself. A well-established internal audit program and effective internal audits provide crucial added value for the organisation by:

• a process-oriented audit approach that takes account of opportunities and risks
• taking into account the impact of processes on the customer journey & with the strategic direction and objectives set by management.

Part 1: Training day (1 day in group): In addition to some theory, the training consists mainly of a number of pragmatic exercises and cases that familiarize you with the various steps in the audit process:

• Defining tasks, responsibilities and authorities of internal auditors
• Setting up and organizing an internal audit program
• Planning and preparing an audit
• Performing audits on the shop floor
• Collecting information and interpreting data in different scenarios
• Defining deviations, reporting findings, evaluating improvement projects

Part 2: Personal follow-up/coaching (1/2 day individual): Coaching in preparing and performing of an audit in your organisation, followed by feedback from one of our experienced trainers.
