Background	The ISO 9001:2015 quality management system sets out a number of basic requirements that a quality management system must meet, drawn up in accordance with the new 'Harmonized Structure'. In practice, it is not always easy to demonstrate at the request of the customer that your organisation has an effective quality management system.
Content	This basic training covers the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and highlights the various processes in an organisation. Thanks to Tim Belon's years of experience, the trainer illustrates in a very pragmatic way how an organisation can meet the ISO 9001 standard with a number of simple tools and handles that are provided.
