Renault - Dacia BeNeLux

Renault is one of the world's largest automobile manufacturers offering a wide range of innovative, safe and eco-friendly vehicles. For Renault, safety and an excellent customer experience always come first and are therefore at the heart of the company's product development chain.

Renault - Dacia BeNeLux was looking to improve the customer experience of their customers. They engaged C9 to design a world-class customer experience blueprint.

UNIZO Nationaal & Regionaal

We have been working very closely with UNIZO since 2005. It all began with the development of the Quality Coach program in 2005 (in cooperation with Ann De Vlieger). In the meantime, we have developed numerous strategic projects and training courses for entrepreneurs.
