Our history

Since Cloud Nine bvba was founded in 2004 in Bruges, Belgium, we have been dedicated to create exceptional customer journeys. We understand how to deliver quality, serve customers and operate efficiently.

We have been working hand in hand with UNIZO (national and local entities) for more than 15 years. Our strategic consultants deliver highly valued services (consultancy and/or training sessions) to the UNIZO members. Established more than 100 years ago, UNIZO is the largest Flemish organization for self-employed entrepreneurs and champions the interests of these small or medium-sized enterprises. UNIZO has over 130,000 members including craftsmen, service providers, liberal professions and companies in the commerce and distribution (retail) sectors.



For many years we have been working together with TÜV NORD Mobility as partners to develop and implement projects with an international scope. At C9 we can benefit not only from their practical knowledge in functional safety and associated standards, but also from their wealth of knowledge in the field of mobility. Being able to share each other's knowledge and experience is a win-win partnering in creating synergies and value for our customers.

TÜV Nord is a global authority in the Technical Inspection and Certification (TIC) industry. They perform technical vehicle inspections on million of vehicles across Europe every year. Their main activities include independent vehicle inspections for private consumers, dealerships and OEMs.


Karl Mortier Visual Problemsolver

“A picture is worth a thousand words.” This is the foundation of our partnership with Karl Mortier which started at the beginning of 2020. Karl is a strategic consultant and educational innovator, who is able to translate content into a visual format. Bring language and image together and you communicate with impact. The possibilities are unlimited (agile working, project management, facilitating workshops, communicating strategy,...). At C9 we use visualization in our projects in co-creation with our customers.

In our partnership we are creating innovating learning experiences for our customers.  i.e. Interactive Hybrid Rooms to meet the needs in the new ways of learning and development for people, teams and organizations.
