Customer Service at Renault BeLux
Since many years we are managing the Customer Service department for Renault Belgium & Luxemburg. Within this department we are handling complaints from clients in close collaboration with different other departments of our customer.
Since more than 10 years C9 experts are supporting Cofely Fabricom to develop their internal management system (ISO9001, ISO14001, EN1090,...).
C9 International has set up the Management System of Inspectorate (Antwerp, Belgium)
In 2004 we have assisted Inspectorate Antwerp during the set up of their Quality Management system. From 2004 until today we are supporting Inspectorate with the further development of this system. 10 years of partnership! That's the story of C9 International and Inspectorate, nothing more, nothing less... Thanks Inspectorate!
Dealer network Sales Development
Since more than 5 years we are supporting Volvo with the sales development and call center for the dealer network.
